Our New Live Chat Feature allows you to request a Live online chat session with one of our friendly staff. You can even specify the Department that your enquiry relates to so that the most suitable operator will attend to your request. Our Live Chat is available during Business Hours (9:00am – 4:00pm Mon – Fri). However, if we are offline, you can still leave us a message and one of our staff will attend to your enquiry as soon as possible.

With our new Click to Call Feature, you can click the icon below to request a Phone Call through our website and we will contact you as soon as possible. If you include some information in your request we will be able to direct your call to the relevant staff member who will handle your request.

Our new Ticketing System is great for submitting online queries directly to our staff who will respond to your requests promptly and efficiently. “Submitting a Ticket” is the quickest and easiest way to request a Freight Quote or Track the Progress of your Order, make an enquiry regarding your Account or Invoice, or if you are looking for something that you just can’t find on our Website – we’d love to hear from you so just let us know!
